Using Australian designed manufacturing techniques, our AirWeave Copper Filters ultise Superfine Merino wool. This wool is electrospun, embuing the textile with a powerful electrostatic charge that captures submicron particles at the lowest airflow resistance.

The AirWeave skin is designed with the filter in mind, perforated at key airflow zones optimising for breathability. The weave also uses Australian Merino wool, selected for it’s breathability, low humidity and thermoregulating properties.

Unlike its synthetic counterparts, Superfine Merino wool acts as a dynamic buffer by stabilising temperatures and humidity levels, adapting to both hot and cold climates.

Ergonomic design

High pressure build up and an ineffective seal causes air to escape at the point of least resistance. AusAir’s Airlock Seal and the world’s most breathable filter means exhaled air’s least point of resistance is the filter, not the nose bridge which leads to glasses fog.
