AusAir warrants that it's AirLab devices shall conform to specifications and be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. In regions where consumer protection laws require a longer warranty period, AusAir will comply with those requirements.

This warranty does not extend to any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose unless required by applicable law.

AusAir will, at its discretion and within a reasonable time, either:

1. Repair,
2. Replace, or
3. Refund defective or non-conforming Products under warranty.
   

These remedies are exclusive, and the purchaser shall not pursue other claims related to defective Products.

Warranty claims are valid only if Products have been paid in full with valid proof of purchase. The warranty applies to the original end-user purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners or third parties.

• Products not purchased from AusAir or authorized sellers. AusAir reserves the right to reject claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online platforms.
• Batteries, power cables, or other accessories.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
• Normal wear and tear, including changes in product appearance.
• Issues caused by environmental factors like extreme temperatures, water exposure, or external interference (e.g., Wi-Fi or Bluetooth updates).
• Products used outside certified regions.

To exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must notify AusAir without undue delay after discovering the defect. Contact AusAir's support team for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The purchaser bears the shipping cost to return Products to AusAir, while AusAir covers the cost of shipping repaired or replacement Products back to the purchaser.

AusAir’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. AusAir is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or third-party claims. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so this limitation may not apply in certain regions.

This limited warranty is in addition to any rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which may provide for different or extended coverage.

AusAir offers an extended warranty on all AirLab air quality monitors for consumers. By registering your device within 60 days of purchase, you’ll receive an additional 12 months of coverage at no cost—extending your standard 24-month warranty to a full 36-months.

This extended coverage is in addition to your standard warranty, which remains valid even if you choose not to register your product. Not registering does not affect your statutory rights.
